Bastian Honerbom
Bastian has been an attorney since 2008. He was born in Germany and studied law in both Germany (Münster) and the Netherlands (Nijmegen). He is registered as a fully-fledged attorney in both countries and is therefore qualified to litigate in both countries. He has broad experience in assisting large, internationally operating commercial organisations. Bastian primarily advises in the field of commercial law (also internationally) and the related employment law. International commercial law involves the negotiation, drafting, review or termination of domestic and international commercial contracts. International employment law relates to issues such as intragroup secondment, outsourcing, the position of managing directors, privacy policies and compliance.
In sum, Bastian enjoys advising and litigating and defending internationally operating commercial organisations in a wide range of situations. Many of the cases that he handles are governed by international law. Bastian initially focused primarily on the German/Dutch litigation and commercial law practice, but also operates outside those fields.
