Tom Brouwer

Tom has been an attorney since 2007. He was broadly educated in civil law before specialising in commercial law and the related employment law. As a former sports star Tom is a sports enthusiast and has the mentality required for that purpose.

Tom advises in the fields of commercial law and employment law. He specialises in the development and implementation of distribution and franchise systems and in the negotiation, drafting, review or termination of commercial contracts. In addition to his legal training, Tom has also completed a course in business economics. On that basis Tom supervises domestic and international mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures, both as an attorney and as a proactive sparring partner.

Tom is pragmatic, committed and a team player. Doing business runs in his blood. That makes him a top-level interlocutor who is able to anticipate his clients’ needs and interests.
