Nick has been a lawyer since 2008. He studied Dutch law, German law and German Language and Culture at the Universities of Nijmegen, Leipzig (Germany) and Utrecht. Nick is a fully-fledged advocaat and Rechtsanwalt in the Netherlands and Germany, respectively, and is therefore qualified to litigate in both countries. Nick specialises in domestic and international insolvency law, commercial law and company law.

Doing business involves taking calculated risks. A skilful business owner is able to control those risks, but will require a sound understanding of those risks in order to do so. Brouwer Legal is often engaged after the event and we often find that problems could have been avoided if we had been engaged at an earlier stage. Rechtsanwalt sinds 1998. Jochen heeft tijdens zijn studieperiode in Nijmegen kennis opgedaan van de Nederlandse taal en het Nederlands recht. Sindsdien adviseert hij voornamelijk Nederlandse bedrijven over arbeidsrechtelijke en andere ondernemingsrechtelijke aspecten van hun grensoverschrijdende activiteiten in Duitsland.

Legal Counsel sinds 2014 en advocaat sinds 2017. Na haar studie heeft zij zich als Legal Counsel gericht op het (internationale) ondernemingsrecht en het daaraan gerelateerde arbeidsrecht. Zij weet als geen ander welke juridische vraagstukken er binnen een onderneming spelen.

Omri studeert HBO-rechten op de Saxion University of Applied Sciences en ondersteunt de advocaten en curatoren van Brouwer Legal inhoudelijk op het gebied van het ondernemingsrecht.

Petra is verantwoordelijk voor de boekhouding en de kantoororganisatie binnen Brouwer Legal. Petra beschikt over vele jaren ervaring binnen de advocatuur en de zakelijke dienstverlening die het voor haar mogelijk maakt om de advocaten en curatoren van Brouwer Legal in hun praktijkvoering optimaal te ondersteunen.
