Geraldine Abbink

Legal counsel since 2014 and advocaat since 2017. After completing her studies, she focused as legal counsel on Dutch and international corporate law and the related employment law. She is an expert in the field of legal issues within companies.

Geraldine has affinity with the technical sector. In that innovative field she deals with questions of confidentiality and intellectual property law. Her areas of expertise include the negotiation, production, assessment and termination of Dutch and international commercial contracts, such as development agreements, assembly agreements and purchase agreements. She also has experience with public-private partnerships, such as subsidy procedures and the related cooperation agreements.
