Rechtsanwalt since 1998. Jochen learnt Dutch and studied Dutch law in Nijmegen. Since then he has primarily advised Dutch companies on employment law and other civil law aspects of their cross‑border activities in Germany. His many years of practical experience have made him aware of the differences in culture and mentality between German and Dutch companies and enabled him to seamlessly switch between those two worlds.
Jochen primarily advises in the field of international employment law, such as the negotiation, drafting, assessment and termination of employment contracts and management agreements, as well as mergers, acquisitions and reorganisations.
