I founded Brouwer Legal with Bastian Honerbom in 2015. We have jointly led this firm ever since.
I studied law and economics in Enschede and Nijmegen. I’ve been a lawyer in the Netherlands since 2007. I specialised from the start in conflict resolution, currently focusing on advising entrepreneurs in shareholder conflicts and on the sale and acquisition of businesses.
As an entrepreneur, lawyer, trustee and former top athlete, I enjoy working with entrepreneurs and other advisers as a sparring partner.
