I studied law in Groningen and have been a lawyer in the Netherlands since 2002.
After working for large international law firms in Amsterdam and London for several years, I joined Brouwer Legal in 2020 as the first point of contact for national and international corporate acquisitions. I focus in particular on German-Dutch transactions, as well as collaboration agreements, joint ventures and the related specific corporate law issues.
