I studied law and German as a foreign language at the universities of Nijmegen, Leipzig and Utrecht. I have been a lawyer in the Netherlands since 2008, was admitted to the German Bar in 2013, and have worked as a German Rechtsanwalt ever since.
I specialise in Dutch insolvency law and litigation law, including all legal issues relating to directors’ and officers’ liability in the Netherlands. I also advise and support companies in Dutch and German commercial law and am regularly appointed as a trustee in the Netherlands.
