I studied law in Germany (Münster) and in the Netherlands (Nijmegen). I familiarised myself with employment law in both countries during my studies.
I was sworn in as a Rechtsanwalt in 1998. At Brouwer Legal, I have been advising Dutch companies on employment law issues in Germany since 2020. An essential part of my work relates to the inflow and outflow of staff in Germany, where I advise and litigate on the entry into and termination of employment contracts in Germany.
