Who we are

As a firm, we have a clear goal: we’re there for entrepreneurs. We listen to the story behind the story, provide targeted advice, and dare to take a clear position. We are Dutch and German lawyers. Professionals, critical conversation partners for ambitious entrepreneurs.

What we do

We are specialists in corporate law. Our firm focuses on the areas of law that, in a legal sense, are at the very heart of entrepreneurship: company law, employment law, commercial law and insolvency law. Every business has to deal with these on a daily basis.

The Netherlands and Germany

For more than ten years, we have focused on Dutch companies operating in Germany and German companies operating in the Netherlands. Although Germany is our largest trading partner, and its language and culture closely resemble those of the Netherlands, there are many differences in laws and regulations. We are aware of these differences, and help prevent or solve problems in cross-border trade relations.

Our clients largely consist of large and medium-sized SMEs from the Netherlands and Germany. Mainly companies with an international focus that operate in both countries.
